Shipping Time & Process
Regular & Expedited Shipping
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to process and for us to prepare your order before it ships.
If you need your order by a certain date please add your desired date in notes during checkout and we will try our best to send it to you as soon as possible, if not on the desired date.
If you would like to upgrade to expedited shipping 1-2 days, simply e-mail us (firstname.lastname@example.org) first and if it is possible we will send you a invoice for the upgraded shipping cost and ship ASAP.
Desired dates are never guaranteed thus the reasoning for not have a expedited shipping option during checkout as it depends on product availability and our average processing time for that week. A reminder, adding notes during checkout will of course increase your chances of receiving your order by a desired date.
Shipping rates are auto-calculated through Shopify based on the postal rates for USPS. The shipping cost includes the weight of the packaging and the product(s).
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages.
Once you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is the case majority of the time.
We highly recommend that you select "Signature Required" if you have a history of missing packages. If you've selected "Signature Required" a person at your address must sign and collect your package which will eliminate the risk of your package being stolen.
If you decide to file a claim through Paypal your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state that your package was indeed delivered. The only time that we will resend or refund is when tracking confirms that the package was lost/delayed DURING TRANSIT and not for any packages that states DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc.
Taxes & Pricing
Taxes are automatically calculated through based on the location entered in the "Billing" section during the checkout process. Prices are calculated based on the original cost of the item (including shipping) through the wholesale buyer.
